Tune into our latest chat - Ellie Pritts is an internationally-recognized artist, creative director and colorist based in Los Angeles. In 2016 TIME Magazine named her one of the top photographers to follow on Instagram in the U.S. She helped launch Apple’s Instagram account, @apple and went on to work as an Art Director on the Shot on iPhone campaign worldwide and in 2019 Ellie founded Supermassive Social, a boutique social media marketing agency.

S4 E30 - Inti St. Clair

Season Four kicks off with our chat with Inti St. Clair. She is an award winning lifestyle photographer based in Austin Texas. She has travelled to over 50 different countries, and her work is so inspiring. It's playful, light filled and carefree and she, like her work, is a dream to know and work with too. Her way of giving back is her recent appointment to the national board of the APA. Some of her clients include - Alaska Airlines, T-Mobile, Microsoft, UPS, Ebay, PayPal, Walgreens, Hershey, McKesson, and Wrangler.

S3 E29 - Nan Whitney

Tune into my chat with the amazing prop stylist, Nan Whitney. She is based in SF and NYC and has been a styling guru for over fifteen years. She is specializing now in corporate and hospitality interiors, providing furnishings for model apartments and new luxury living buildings. I was so thrilled to talk to her as our paths have crossed many times in our careers and she is a stylist I love!

This is one of my favorite episodes of the season. Kendra Aronson and I spoke in the height of the corona virus but her energy and story of how she wrote, photographed, styled and published her own cookbook lifted my spirits greatly. This woman is a power house and when she gets an idea, nothing stands in her way to make it happen.

Tune in to our first episode of Season Three with the funny and talented pet photographer, Ellen Shershow. Ellen and I could have spent the whole time gushing over dogs and their amazing human qualities and how they are the best thing for our spirits, more so than people for sure - and we definitely did do that - but we also learned how she found her calling and why she sticks to it no matter what. Another great story of a photographer finding their passion and living their dream.

S2 E18 - Tracie Davis

Tune into my chat with one very talented lady, Tracie Davis. Tracie is a graduate from RISD, who then went to London to study historical and contemporary photography at the University of Manchester. She has interned at the Guggenheim and The Met and at one point immersed herself in the arena of Iranian photography and Islamic Feminism. Our conversation is a good one!

S2 E13 - Leah Fasten

Leah Fasten, is a lifestyle and portrait photographer based outside of Boston. She has had many amazing positions thanks to her persistence and even landed a job by walking into the office and interviewing to be an inhouse shooter without yet really having honed the craft. Her style of showcasing lifestyle for real - meaning, not hiding the messiness, or imperfectness of the day to day - being authentic visually which is a refreshing take in my opinion.

S2 E12 - Connie Conway

Connie Conway is a force to be reckoned with - starting her career as a photographer and working with A and M records and then deciding that wasn't the path, she started her production company. Fortunate to have been paired up with the awesome photographer, Hunter Freeman for the last 20 years, she has created quite an awesome little gig for herself. And she keeps her creative juices flowing by shooting her fine art photography on the side - her recent project L.A. after Sunset gives you some insight to her love for the grit and architecture that surrounds her daily life.

S1 E10 - Nathalie Gordon

Born and raised in London, British photographer Nathalie Gordon shoots Beauty and Lifestyle and is now based in Sunny Los Angeles. Her bright colors and high-sheen style of imagery represents her amazingly bright and modern attitude too. Tune in to hear her amazing journey that landed her in CA.

Jaimie Thrower is an LGBTQ photographer who found her voice through photography. She founded Studio XIII (thirteen) which was born out of the idea that she wanted to use her photography to support her LGBTQ community by honoring and sharing thier love stories with the world. She is based in Portland Oregon and she shared her story here.
